Quest St Leonards is looking for an enthusiastic hospitality professional specialising in reservations to join it’s small and focused Front Office team Full Time. With only 79 apartments and no in house food and beverage offerings, Quest St Leonards is the perfect place to kick start a career in hospitality management. Working closely with the franchisee, property manager and sales manager the successful candidate will have the opportunity and time to learn directly from a management team with decades of hospitality experience as well as being exposed to all management areas of the hotel. This role would suit Front Office receptionists who have worked in a large team looking for an opportunity to hone their skills in a relaxed and professional environment, as well as experienced food and beverage staff looking to make the transition to the Front Office. All training is provided but BYO personality!
As an all round Front Office Superstar you will have all of the following:
- passion for developing and nurturing relationships with existing and new guest/clients
- strong time management skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- can do attitude
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- infectious personality and the ability to wow our guests day in, day out
- strong reservations background and understanding of the entire reservation process
- ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
