We are currently seeking a driven, highly organized, and results-oriented Fuel Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a pivotal member, you will oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring timely service delivery and optimal functionality of our service stations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for our service stations, including routine inspections, repairs, and necessary upgrades.
- Liaise effectively with maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and equipment inventory.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimising disruption to retail operations.
- Monitor maintenance expenditures and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of service station conditions, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and implement best practices and workflow enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fuel systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
