Full Time Accounts Assistant

Duties and responsibilities of this role are listed but not limited to:

• Answering incoming telephone calls.
• Assisting with customer enquiries.
• Addressing both internal and external email correspondence.
• General administrative duties.

In order to be successful you must have the following attributes:

• Excellent Customer Service with a friendly and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to multitask and follow up on enquiries.
• Ability to adapt to a varied workload.
• Must show strong initiative and be proactive.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
• Well mannered.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Current Driver's License.
