Duties and responsibilities of this role are listed but not limited to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Assisting with customer enquiries.
- Addressing both internal and external email correspondence.
- General administrative duties.

- Ability to multitask and follow up on enquiries.
- Ability to adapt to a varied workload.
- Must show strong initiative and be proactive.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
- Well mannered.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Current Driver's License.
