Form of workWe are looking for our next superstar Front Office coordinator to join our family dental practice.
The role is to be the first smiling face our patients see, and help them with appointments, payments and making sure the day runs smoothly while managing the phones and administration side of the clinic.
Our practice is a 2 chair dental practice treating kids from 1-99 years of age for a variety of dental treatments including implants, orthodontics, TMD, and paediatric kids
We use D4W cloud based system, knowledge of this software is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
This would suit a dental nurse who is wanting to transition into a administration role or someone with administration experience wanting to get into health.
We are looking for someone friendly to help patients with their anxiety, and answer questions and keep a happy atmosphere in the clinic! We are a paperless clinic so being able to use a computer is a must.
Organisation is the key to thriving in this role, being able to manage patients, labs, schedules and clinicians.
This is ideally a Full Time role, however some accommodations can be made to the schedule.
