About the role:
A position has become available at our lovely practice in Whittlesea for anyone looking for full-time shifts. We have a very friendly team. This position is ideal for reliable, experienced team members who want to start the next step in their professional careers.
Experience with dental nursing and the ability to cover more shifts in Wollert and Whittlesea branches is preferred.
Attractive pay rates will be offered to the right candidate. Candidate must be ready to get trained and learn the systems of the practice.
At the reception, you are the most important person our patients come in contact with and represent the face of the business. Our philosophy is to provide our patients with both excellent clinical outcomes as well as an exceptional customer service experience. The role includes the following responsibilities:
Greeting patients and making appointments
Handling payments, Medicare, HICAPS and payment plans.
Maintaining the KPIs of the clinic
Managing the nursing staff and rosters
Managing multiple phone lines
Skills and experience
Specific skills: Computer literate, proficient in D4W, email, social media, Excel, data entry, KPIs
Availability: 4 Weekdays and half-day Sat
