The Role
We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at the Gardens Skin Cancer Centre on a full-time basis. Our current centre hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and shift hours may fall between 7:45am to 6:00pm. The ideal candidate will have medical reception experience and experience with the practice management software Best Practice.
In this role you will be:
Meeting and greeting patients
Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
Accurately entering patient data in
Processing payments
Managing phone and email queries
Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
Providing general administration duties as required
You are:

experienced in admin/reception
sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
authorised to work in Australia
