About Construct Health Moranbah
The Construct Health team in Moranbah are part of the larger Biosymm group with a large team providing allied health services across Australia and attractive employee benefits to it's team members.
We are proud to provide quality physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational health services to both our patients and corporate clients in the Moranbah and Bowen Basin region. This is from our four room clinic located centrally in town with a clinic team of 11 across physiotherapy and administrative services.

The Position
Construct Health Moranbah has a current opportunity for a Full time Practice Manager to make a difference in the community and support our team to achieve great health care outcomes. You will play a vital role in the efficient day to day operation of our local clinic by overseeing administrative tasks, managing team members and maintaining compliance with our systems and processes.
You responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee and manage the day to day operation of the local clinic as well as our on site services
- Supervise the local physiotherapy and administration team with a focus on operation and administration and in liaison with the local Clinic Lead
- Implement and maintain processes and systems
- Invoicing
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, suppliers and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and support to the local team
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Participate in weekly Practice Manager meetings with other leadership team members across the Construct Health team

Skills and experience
- Experience as a Practice Manager or a similar role in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - or a willingness to grow and learn leadership skills
- Experience in the use of practice management software
- Experience in managing finances
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficiency with use of computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office packages, Teams)
- Good ability to multi task, problem solve and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn
- Critical attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise patient care whilst working effectively in a clinic environment
- Ability to manage time and prioritise workload
