We have a fantastic Fundraising Administrator opportunity with a Not For Profit dedicated to the research, advocacy and prevention of Diabetes in Australia. This is a temporary position working 4 days per week.
- 3 month temporary role with possibility of extension
- Milton office location with hybrid working
- 4 days per week
- $35 per hour + super
- Coordinating the administration processes for the fundraising team, including updating fundraiser records in CRM, responding to email enquiries and maintaining the supplies inventory.
- Responsibly handle inquiries from staff, donors, and volunteers when required
- Conduct data entry tasks, including all fundraising relationships activity on a regular basis
- Adhoc administrative and data entry duties for the winder fundraising team when required
- Proven experience in fundraising administation and a NFP environment
- Familiar with appeal donation processing, regular giving and community fundraising
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Available to commence immediately
