In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring the housekeeping, providing guest/client services, cleanliness and presentation of client properties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the industry and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of client/guest satisfaction.
Example Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Preparation:
- Clean and prepare rental and private properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and free from clutter.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically to maintain the overall cleanliness and freshness of the property.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough inspections of each property to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Address any guest feedback or requests promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
3. Guest and Client Interaction:
- Provide a warm welcome to client/guests upon arrival and throughout your shift and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Respond to client/guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist with daily task and guest services procedures as needed, providing information about a range of topics including the property and local area attractions and possible activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in active guest services, hospitality or residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
You will have the ability to work professionally with client/guests from a range of diverse backgrounds including non english speaking, languages other than english and clients/guests with occasional ‘demanding’, cultural or personal requests.
You will be required to obtain and maintain a range of security clearances.
