Our client is a unique school looking for an astute General Manager to take charge and lead the school alongside the Principal and Board of Directors.

The Role:
Reporting into the Principal and Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for financial and compliance matters whilst also contributing strongly to the day-to-day administration and operations of the school. You will enjoy an opportunity to let your leadership shine as you'll be responsible for a wide array of important components of the school that allow it to be the success that it is and will continue to be!
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Finance: Budgets/forecasts, Board reporting, strategic management of finances
- WHS/Compliance
- Operational support
- Marketing support
- HR support
- Leading a team to foster development, communication and teamwork to ensure the values of the school are upheld
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified (ideal but not essential)
- Previous experience working in a school environment in a finance and/or operational capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership experience
- Strong accounting and business acumen
- Able to work in a team setting
- Working with Childrens Check Clearance
