Job Description:
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the company, defining long-term goals and outlining a roadmap for achieving them.
- Own the annual, quarterly and monthly revenue results/forecasts and costs and communicate with the Leadership team and the company as appropriate.
- Manage and develop a leadership team overseeing core business functions (Sales & M arketing, Customer Care, Operations & Implementation , Software Development, Product Management, Finance, and Administrative), comprised of both in-office and remote staff.
- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
- Make key decisions regarding product development, marketing strategies, resource allocation, and business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt the company's strategy accordingly.
- Manage the company's finances, ensuring responsible budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and cultivate a positive brand image.
- Oversee legal and regulatory compliance.
Require Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a small business or relevant industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, adept at motivating and inspiring a team.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for the company's mission and a desire to make a significant impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a small business or relevant industry.
