Key Accountabilities:
- Driving and managing the production budget;
- Reducing costs and implementing efficient financial strategies;
- Planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies;
- Managing staff leave and addressing staff-related issues;
- Resolving client-related problems effectively;
- Overseeing and approving tooling purchases;
- Planning and approving large commercial projects;
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies;
- Consulting with production and sales teams to approve work and finalize job quotes.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Direct reports: Office Manager, Production Manager and Sales Manager;
- Utilizing people development skills to foster growth in managerial roles;
- Reporting to the owners, with a significant degree of autonomy reflecting the seniority of the role.
