AddressPlatinum Health Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans aimed at driving growth, profitability, developing stakeholder relationships and the culture and performance for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing strong, clear leadership to the organisation
- Promoting a performance focused and supportive culture that nurtures accountability, honesty, and wellbeing.
- Managing operations to ensure strategic goals and objectives are achieved.
- Identifying and developing initiatives and making recommendations to the Board to improve the financial position of the organisation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations and statutory obligations
About You
- Relevant Degree in business, management, commerce, health or related field from a recognised University.
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in business management, corporate governance, and change management.
- Strong financial literacy and financial analysis skills. Demonstrated experience identifying and delivering recommendations with regards to improving organisational financial performance.
- Experience developing and leading high-performance teams.
- Experience reporting to a Board and providing recommendations to a Board.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to championing organisational values and creating a supportive, performance focused workplace culture.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, mediation and influencing skills.

Platinum health Group has three medical centres, two located in Toowoomba the other at Highfields.
Platinum Health Group is owned by eight GPs who work in our medical centres and supported by the General Manager, Finance Manager and two Practice Managers.
