The experience is a 45-minute, 10-round, full-body cardio and strength workout crafted around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags.

● Driving referral business through ambassadorship
● Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
● Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio
● Manage staff rostering and the Rumble schedule
● Hire and train new Rumble team members
● Supervise your Rumble team performance and drive results
● Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Conversion of non-membership-based users to membership base
● Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing first time boxer/lead flow
● Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Embrace hospitality and drive the Rumble Culture.
● General Manager will actively coach, train and educate our Sales team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics and will work with the CEO on team accountability
● Working with the Studio owner on setting weekly & monthly targets to ensure financial targets are met
