The business is at a pivotal stage, and they are looking to appoint a General Manager who will continue to maintain its reputation of high service delivery, whilst driving its future growth strategy and culture.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for building on the rich legacy of this well-established business through this next phase of growth. With full P&L responsibility, the General Manager will drive the development of new market opportunities and lead the team to achieve strategic objectives through excellent commercial acumen and customer focus. This will include providing strong coaching and mentoring to drive high performance, a positive working culture, and open communications. You will also be responsible for fostering a strong and visible safety culture that aligns with the organisation’s broader initiatives and programs.
We are seeking a highly commercial and strategic leader with a track record of success in driving growth for both the business and its people. You will have a strong ability to identify opportunities beyond the existing pipeline to open new customers in both the current and adjacent markets. You will have significant experience in developing collaborative relationships with clients. Given the nature of the business, experience within a contracting environment is essential.
