We are looking for a whole of Business Manager/ General Manager to lead the team of 60+ staff into the future. Key performance criteria will be community engagement, staff development and engagement, process improvement to establish best practice in all areas of the club, change management, development and implementation of proactive membership growth and retention strategies and the key analysis and focus on the existing member's experience at all levels.
A "driven, positive, success culture" aptly describes their environment and the ethos of their board and the club in general. While the perfect candidate will come from a sporting club background such as athletics, gymnastics or a similar Not for Profit sporting environment, we are ideally seeking a truly motivational “whole of business people leader” that can roll up their sleeves and positively engage with all stakeholders from internal staff & athletes through to the general community. Your ability to work with the professional members of the board to assess best practice in all avenues of the club, to drive new memberships and to improve existing member experience will be as critical as your ability to develop your staff and team and influence change in a positive way through intelligent, people focussed change management.
On offer is a competitive salary package in line with NFP's of this size plus a bonus based on deliverables/KPI's.
