AddressRexcel Training is a successful National Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a varied scope and state of the art training facilities - Retail, Business, Stores & Warehousing, Forklift & White Card.
We train a range of nationally recognised competencies and are currently looking for an outstanding Leader to manage and grow the organisation.
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure the organisations strategic plans are delivered through effective growth and improved effectiveness
- Lead and manage performance of each State and team, including overall operational performance, financial performance including logistical and resources
- Develop and manage the implementation of overall business and marketing plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with external key stakeholders including government funding bodies and industry bodies. Also identifying growth opportunities to expand into new markets and all other facets to meet organisational targets.
- Provide mentoring and coaching whilst nurturing and maintaining a culture of collaboration.
We are looking for a true leader who has:
- Current comprehensive understanding of managing a RTO
- Relevant experience in regulatory and compliance framework, including Standards for RTO’s, ASQA requirements and state based requirements
- Experience leading teams in multiple locations across different states
- Knowledge of government programs and incentives on a State and Federal basis
- An understanding of Training programs, Traineeships and Apprenticeships
- Demonstrated Leadership and Management skills
