A newly created Adelaide based role has emerged, to lead, innovate, and drive the growth of Dominant’s business on a national scale. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a pivotal member of the Executive team, responsibilities include:
- spearheading sales strategies and exploring new opportunities to foster business expansion;
- providing strategic leadership and direction to the national sales and customer service teams, to ensure sales income, margin and customer retention targets are achieved whilst building and maintaining outstanding customer relationships;
- leading, developing mentoring, motivating and empowering the multi-faceted sales and customer service teams to deliver on Dominant’s customer commitments;
- proactively servicing Dominant’s key national accounts;
- leading the identification, design and implementation of a new digital CRM solution that will result in greater efficiency, business intelligence and customer outcomes.
This position will be instrumental in driving sales performance and charting the course for significant growth, and will have the autonomy necessary to do so.
