The Opportunity
Reporting to the Directors, this newly created position commands an experienced and capable leader who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business to ensure exceptional quality care and services are provided to clients in receipt of a Home Care package.
About You
With a proven track record in management, you'll be a dynamic and confident people leader with excellent operational skills. This is a rewarding role where your expertise in aged care management and your ability to navigate business operations will be crucial.
Your experience
- Extensive senior leadership in aged care management, in particular in-Home Care services
- Strong understanding of Home Care Package Program management
- You will hold a tertiary qualification in a business management or Health Administration or related discipline or significant business related experience
- Knowledge of current issues and trends in health care and policy
- The ability to inspire trust, lead and build a new layer of specialist team operating at high performance levels
- You will have experience in identify the key drivers in risk and reward relationships
- Demonstrated ability to achieve better business outcomes through developing initiatives and improvements leading to cost reduction and improved outcomes
- People leadership, leading with openness, encouragement, collaboration and flexibility
