Our Opportunity
We have an exciting new project underway, located at Wentworth Point, NSW. To ensure the smooth and successful running of this operation, we are now on the lookout for a dynamic, customer service orientated General Manager to join our team, and provide strong leadership and strategic guidance to their newly formed team.
The Property
Introducing a brand-new waterfront community, set to open in June 2024, located in the vibrant heart of Wentworth Point. This exceptional property offers luxurious amenities and high-quality living spaces, just steps away from the Wentworth Point promenade. The BTR complex consists of an impressive selection of 211 spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses. Amenity areas include landscaped podium, pool, state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, private dining room, resident lounge, BBQ terrace and more.
What you will offer
- You will have extensive property management experience in one of the property sectors, preferably in a senior operations management role.
- A strong leader who is passionate about guiding, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve excellence and deliver outstanding experiences for our residents and visitors.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be adaptable at exhibiting strategic intent in order to maximise property performance and deliver on KPIs
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow the financial performance of the asset, using knowledge to drive revenue and continually improve resident experience.
- It’s important that you’re a strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and foster long term relationships.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the property team, instilling a superior residential experience ethos.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be adaptable at exhibiting strategic intent, in order to maximise property performance, deliver on KPIs with a strong focus on resident experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client, head office, operations team, residents and other relevant stakeholders.
- It’s important that you’re an excellent communicator with ability to influence widely and collaborate cross functionally.
- Assist the strategic delivery and implementation of high-quality leasing journeys and successful leasing outcomes.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and reports in relation to the property including market commentary, forecast occupancy, room rates, income, and expenditure.
- Assist with the strategic planning including but not limited to community engagement and ancillary income.
Our mandatory requirements include:
- Hold a current full NSW Real Estate License (Class 1 preferable) to conduct Real Estate Business
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
