About the Job
We have recently expanded our operations to Western Australia, and are now seeking a leader to integrate our complete value proposition and grow our Western Australia Operations.
This role is part of our Executive team and will report to the CEO. The role holder will partner with the Board to actualise our growth and diversifications strategy including vertical expansion within Western Australia.
This is a great opportunity for a leader looking for full end responsibility with complete ownership of divisional P&L. The General Manager WA will ensure operational excellence of our Western Australia Operations with practices aligned to our vision and strategic outcomes.
Your commercial acumen and market foresight will be critical in steering our teams to implement sales and service delivery improvement strategies; and you will utilise your collaborative leadership style to foster an org-wide high-performance culture.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- 10 years’ leadership experience with P&L accountability;
- Strong and proven budget/financial acumen;
- Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce, Business or relevant discipline;
- Exposure to Labour Law and employment equity regulations;
- Grant and Funding proposal preparation and scoping;
- Highly Developed Data Analysis and Interpretation skills;
- Strong Organisational Administration skills;
- Strong Business Improvement skills;
- Experience in working for an RTO or Labour Hire business will be highly regarded, however experience in sales driven organisations will also be desirable.
