In this role, you will
- Lead a team to ensure the effective and efficient management of corporate functions for central services to include (but not be limited to):
- Facilities, assets and vehicle management.
- Contracts and leases.
- Suppliers and procurement.
- Administration
- Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of IT across the organisation including information security and data protection.
- Provide advice and insight to the executive on matters relating to the areas of responsibility.
- Develop and oversee effective and efficient quality management, risk management and compliance across the organisation.
- Maintain an ISO certified central filing system and ensuring data availability for reports that meet the requirements of the organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have;
- Minimum five years’ experience at senior management level.
- Experience writing and reviewing policy and business documentation.
- Advanced computer skills and understanding of IT and business administration.
- Understanding of quality management and familiarity with ISO accreditation.
- Understanding of related policy, legislation, and regulations.
- Ability to oversee the corporate functions of an organisation.
- Understanding of and commitment to, the organisations code of ethics, vision, spirit, purpose, policies, and procedures and to support the organization’s culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
- Related tertiary qualification to include but not limited to a master’s in business administration or corporate law.
- Salary $133,913-$151,934
- Fully maintained vehicle (inc fuel), laptop and phone provided
- 4 weeks annual leave plus 2 weeks over the festive period
