My client is a global SaaS organisation who provide a cutting-edge SaaS platform for digital based research. A game changing platform that is being used by clients around the globe
They are continuing to build their Australian team and are looking to recruit a Sales Development Exec (SDR) for the Sydney office
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead generation to Corporate clients and Market Research Agencies
- Place a priority on discovery and understand client needs and capabilities.
- Be highly responsive to all customer needs, leading the industry for speed, powerful solutions and quality of response.
- Work closely with Sales Directors, Customer Sucess and other team members to build out new clients.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and build lasting relationships.
- Properly and thoroughly analyse client needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Assist with quotations and feasibility, as required.
- Manage pipeline though our CRM platform.
- Proven BD Track Record: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Successful track record in Business Development and lead gen, particularly in a MRA and SaaS industry.
- An understanding of industry such as market research, SaaS, Social Listening, Media Measurement, research industry trends, and competitors for identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (ideal not necessary), email out-reach and cold call
- Be able to work collaboratively with internal teams, such as customer success, legal and finance team
- Result-Oriented – focus on achieving measurable results and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: proven experience to understand customer needs and pains; plus if with experience working with cross functional team to create solutions to solve clients’ pain points.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive client interactions and internal communications.
