About the position
Council's I.T. Department is looking for a GIS Officer who will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of GIS.
The main responsibilities will include:

• Support and development of enterprise GIS system (currently IntraMaps)
• Assist with the maintenance of SQL databases
• Fulfill data and QGIS project requests
• Providing support, training and guidance to GIS users
• Assist in all aspects of the GIS system at FCC

About you

• Experience in QGIS, IntraMaps, SQL Server, MapInfo, FME
• Great customer service
• The ability to troubleshoot and work independently, but also as part of a team

This position is a Band 6 currently remunerated between $95,504 to $104,914 per annum, plus superannuation. Salary level will be based on the experience level of the candidate. Overtime will also be paid as required.
