Reporting to the Head of Global Relationships and Marketing the role of Global Relationship Manager is tasked with developing trusted commercial relationships with clients within a range of industry sectors including Global Relocations and Mobility companies, Healthcare, Defence, Education and Mining. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing global corporate and domestic clients to work with and explore.
Most importantly the role entails understanding the needs of the client and establishing if there is an alignment – this is a very strategic and relationship focused position.
The role is predominantly account management, however a keen opportunistic eye for client acquisition is also anticipated.
We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar within the travel, hotel or corporate housing sectors.
Experience in contract negotiation, tender preparation and associated processes will also be highly valued.
There will also be a requirement to travel interstate for client and stakeholder meetings, attending industry related events and visiting interstate properties.
