The Opportunity
John Sample Group currently have a great opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to join our experienced and high performing Finance team! This role will provide great exposure for the onset of your career and allow for further career development.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this full-time role will incorporate a career development program in all aspects of accounting including, but not limited to:
- General Ledger Reconciliation, Analysis and Reporting
- Entering General Ledger Journals
- Bank Reconciliations
- Forecasting/Budgeting
- Inventory Management, stocktake and analysis
- Consolidation accounting incorporating Global entities
- Provide relevant, accurate and timely data to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Recently completed or nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Eligible to live and work in Australia.
- High level of proficiency with regards to English.
Working Hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday and 5 days based in our head office.
