The opportunity
As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.
This two-year program will challenge your thinking across a multitude of Engineering fundamentals, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects over a number of rotations throughout the business.
With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
Rotations within the Asset Management Group, with exposure to Mobile Equipment Maintenance Management, Engineering, Reliability and Operations.
Development in Electrical engineering competencies related to diesel-electric/electric equipment, power generation, control systems and telemetry.
Training in specific software applications, business systems and machine information systems
Corporate based role with site exposure
Requirements for the role
To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
Graduated by the end of 2024 in a Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
