To be considered for the program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have relevant tertiary qualifications; have completed an undergraduate degree within the last two years or by the end of 2024
• Be open to completing interstate, FIFO or DIDO rotations
• Hold valid Australian working rights
• Demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and strive to excel in the construction industry
