You will work closely with an experienced Financial Planner who prides herself on being on the forefront of the industry, working with interesting and complex clients providing holistic advice across a range of strategies. You will receive training, mentorship and coaching to develop you into the best Financial Planner you can be.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare for client meetings, review data and documents, undertake product comparisons, and prepare agendas
- Sit in on client meetings, take notes and provide support on completing financial advice
- Assist with onboarding new clients, collect data and documents, and manage through the system
- Facilitation of client advice implementation including (but not limited to) lodgement of applications and rollovers, insurance applications including quotes and underwriting
- Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, and seek to improve them
We are looking for someone with:
- Who has completed studies in Commerce, Business, or Finance with aspirations of being a Financial Planner, has qualifications or is studying towards them
- Previous work experience in any of the above industries highly considered
- A desire to learn with a willingness to grow your career and be mentored with a passion for learning and training
- The ability to problem solve, critically think and have a great attention to detail
- Client focused with aims to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients
- Strong communication with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
