Job Description

Are you a recent Graduate with a degree related to ICT or Cyber Security? Do you have a passion for technology? If so, WT Partnership, a leading international consultancy in the construction industry, has an exciting opportunity for you!

We're seeking a Graduate IT Support Consultant to join our team in Sydney's CBD. In this role, you'll work closely with our ICT team, assisting the business operations by providing helpdesk support to the national and international organisations IT systems which includes computers, networks, internet access, telephony, and other technology. Assisting in setting up new starters, restoring data and troubleshooting workstations. Provides customer support and liaises with other IT team members to manage WT’s national and international infrastructure platform / servers.

KEY OBJECTIVES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Daily IT support for users locally and remotely
• Diagnose issues when computers or other technologies do not work as they should
• Operating system version upgrades on client computers
• Performing hardware upgrades and repairs
• Building and deploying client computers
• Provision of software licenses
• Provision of consumables e.g. toners
• Provision of replacement hardware or spare parts
• Third party software application support and training
• Configuration of network devices, peripherals & printers
• Data restoration from backup and archives
• Maintain and capture helpdesk ticket data
• Document self-help “How To” guides

Qualifications

• Tertiary or equivalent technical qualification
• ITIL Foundations
• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent
• Experience with the following technologies currently deployed at WT:
  • Microsoft Windows 10 / 11
  • Microsoft Windows Server 
  • Microsoft Cloud Platform (Office 365 & Azure)
