About the Role
This is an entry level graduate role perfect for those with new to the IT industry. The initial term of the role will be joining the network operations team to monitor, maintain, support and troubleshoot our IT Managed Services clients infrastructure and networks. Opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate to have access to appropriate training resources to gain industry qualifications
You will be reporting to a Technical Services Manager and liaising with the wider IT support team, who are all hugely customer relationship focused
It is essential that you have an understanding or working knowledge in the following:
- Microsoft Windows 8/10/11 Support and Troubleshooting
- MS Office 2016 / 2019
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge is highly regarded
- Experience with a RMM tool (Solarwinds / Kaseya) is highly regarded
- Experience with a PSA tool (Kaseya, Autotask, Solarwinds)
- Setting up phone and video conference equipment
- Experience in supporting mobile devices (smart phone, tablet)
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- ITIL v3 trained and certified will be an advantage
- High level of communication skills is a must!
- Excellent documentation skills

Desired Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in IT
- IT Industry Certification (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet etc)
