Truflow Spray Booths is a leader in engineered paint enclosures (Spray Booths) providing solutions delivered to some of Australia's largest companies. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join a growing team.
Truflow is at its core a company that designs and sells solutions to its clients based on technical knowledge and engineering capability. The job is challenging with both office and site works. Office works are based around using 3D software, estimating templates and technical documents including the Australian Standards to achieve a compliant solution for customers. Site works are required to meet clients and adapt a custom fit solution to meet the clients needs by way of meetings, site measures and project co-ordination.

About the role
Truflow has multiple roles available in the sales and service sales departments.
One role is as a Sales Engineer dedicated to selling capital equipment spray booths.
The other role as a Service sales Co-Ordinator organizing and selling service maintenance and technical repairs to our customers.
During the training process for the successful Jr Sales position both roles will be covered to allow a complete understanding of the sales process at Truflow.
This unique job opportunity allows Sales Engineers to see the design come from concept to reality through the entire supply chain. The successful Sales Engineer will be trained in house and have the opportunity to see their projects go from design to engineering all the way through to manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

What will I be doing?
- Speaking with potential clients to evaluate there needs and qualifying their requirements.
- Designing a new solution or adapting an existing design to meet customers expectations using 3D conceptual CAD software for capital equipment sales.
- Supporting service maintenance sales for region by pricing and selling maintenance packages.
- Evaluating the costs of your design and providing clients with a cost proposal.
- Present technical information and working with the engineering department to execute your solution and manufacture the product.
- Cultivate strong consultative relationships with clients to add value to their business.
- Learn new Australian Standards for our specific industry and use this to develop new products.
- Meeting clients, visiting site and measuring locations to fit a solution.
- Generate sales using the above solutions-based process for your region.

Skills and experience
- A technical mind with great communication skills.
A Qualification / Degree in engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Knowledge of 3D Cad software
A good technical understanding of ventilation systems and or modular manufacturing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solutions based midset to help conceptualize and communicate to customers.
Sound understanding of MS Office
Well presented with an enthusiastic attitude
Able to quickly learn concepts and apply them
