We are a Melbourne based firm specialising in Children's Court law.
We are a court- based practice representing families and children in the Family Divisions (custody matters) of the Children's Courts at Melbourne, Broadmeadows, Moorabbin and Dandenong. We also practice in Children's Court crime and Intervention Order matters.
Qualifications and experience- Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided, however 1-2 years post- admission experience will be highly regarded, as will any experience in court advocacy.
