The Opportunity

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

This two-year program will challenge your thinking across a multitude of Engineering fundamentals,  offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects over a number of rotations throughout the business. 

With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry. 

As part of your graduate program, you will be involved in the following aspect of our projects;

  • Facilitate with the development and review of structural calculations and engineering tasks of civil and structural elements of our mining projects
  • Assisting senior engineers with research and general day to day tasks
  • Reviewing our processing and non processing infrastructure in 3D models
  • Interfacing with various other engineers and designers responsible for other areas including mechanical, processing and earthworks
  • Provide technical support during civil and structural construction
  • Site visits for construction support and technical assistance

Requirements for the role

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

  • Graduated by the end of 2024 in a Bachelors of Engineering – Civil or Civil and Construction and  have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months
  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application
  • have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025
  • Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
