THE KEY BITS

- 4+ years design experience – agency favorable
- Qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline essential
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and exceptionally skilled in Photoshop, Premier Pro and InDesign
- Extensive print and web design experience, and capabilities to work in both media for integrated campaigns
- Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art
- Branding experience and working with style guides
- Knowledge of preparing print ready artwork
- Strong typographic and layout skills
- Awareness of current and emerging print, web and mobile trends
- Understanding of strategy and marketing concepts and how they apply to design outcomes and creative marketing execution
- Resilience, ability to operate under pressure and adapt and adhere to shifting deadlines
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to stringent deadlines whilst coordinating several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction, and independently with initiative and passion
