We are seeking a Graphic Designer (GD) to output content aligned to the Group and Business Unit Brand strategies, increasing referrer numbers and business market share. Reporting to the Group Brand and Design Manager (GBDM), the Graphic Designer is responsible for:
- Efficiently producing quality marketing collateral, assisting with website development and video content, whilst ensuring all corporate brand guidelines are met under the direction of the GBDM.
- The delivery of projects to deadline in response to briefs allocated, directed and prioritised by GBD.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout the Group, working with each of the businesses to ensure all branding aligns with their ongoing strategy.
- Collaborating with team members, contributing ideas and accepting feedback with the common goal to exceed expectations.
- Pre-press production and file outputs as per printer specifications.
- Ensuring all websites are maintained and aligned to the branding strategy.
- Continually developing all IDX websites to ensure accuracy and patient and referrer usability.

About You
- At least five years' experience as a Corporate Graphic Designer.
- Pre-press technical experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design essential.
- Ability to accept art direction and feedback to achieve on-brand outcomes.
- Great work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
- Demonstrated experience using Wordpress, creation of social media content and electronic presentations.
- Experience delivering effective UI/UX design solutions for digital platforms ensuring seamless user experience.
- Ability to edit and produce video content for various platforms.
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent client communications and experience in issue and complaint resolution.
- Demonstrated advanced experience in using, Microsoft suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Print, Digital and Video), i.e. Adobe Indesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Offering a competitive rate working approximately 32 hour per week, this will be a hybrid role working from home and in our corporate offices Melbourne and/or Geelong.
