The Role:
This organisation is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in managing a team of ~10 employees here in AUS as well as offshore team members and providing leadership and guidance to ensure stability and growth of the group. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
- Lead the development of budgets and financial forecasts
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
- Lead and mentor a growing finance team
- Proven experience in senior financial management roles
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and the ability to grow and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
