Your opportunity
BrandSpace is the media and retail advertising solutions division of Scentre Group. Their role is to connect customers to the brands and retailers they love, or would love to discover.
Lead the brand and marketing strategy for Brandspace. Accelerate the reputation and perception of the business by consistently activating best practice marketing activities across owned, earned and paid channels
- Develop the annual marketing and brand campaign strategy for BrandSpace
- Design and manage the annual market engagement Calendar (Marketing Plan) for 2024 and beyond
- Own BrandSpace’s trade marketing strategy, continue to strengthen relationships with trade partners across Australia and New Zealand and craft content and campaigns to support the businesses evolving capabilities and solutions
- Manage Industry partnership & sponsorship plan; new and established to constantly seek opportunities to embed in emerging markets.
- Set the brand governance framework and explore innovative ways to evolve the system; create new tooling that best represent our brand values
- Lead the content strategy for BrandSpace with a growing matrix of internal and external channels to communicate our value to partners across all audiences
- Be a business partner to core areas in the enterprise, represent BrandSpace in forums and uncover ways to gain closer alignment with these teams to form a cohesive businesses communication strategy.
- Manage and lead a Marketing & Brand team of 4; driving a high performance culture, creating an environment where talent can thrive.
- Use insight and data to create sales collateral and content related to the business growth priorities, sales strategic objectives and changing industry dynamics
- Project Manage large scale programs of work, involving multidisciplined teams.

Demonstrated experience in:
- Successfully launching new B2B brands to market including campaign strategy, planning & implementation
- Team transformation and leadership
- B2B marketing planning including goal setting and budget setting/management
- Agency management & collaboration
- Business transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management & enterprise leadership skills; able to build strong collaborative relationships to drive shared success
- Remains aware of and curious about trends and changes in media & marketing industry; and identifies ways to leverage opportunities for the brand/business
- Interprets data and insight to formulate marketing messages and opportunities
- Quickly learns new businesses and industries and deploys best practice marketing approaches to achieve impact
