Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a passionate and capable Talent Acquisition Partnerto join our team!
Expectations of the role:
- Co-manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, reference checks and onboarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business
- Work with the Head of HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend plans and strategies for sourcing, talent pipelining and selection activities
- Coordinate and manage volume recruitment
- Track, assess and report on recruitment trends and key metrics including regular evaluation of our talent pool
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and aligned EVP
- Support the HR Lead in the identification, development, and implementation of the recruitment system
- Business partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair, consistent and thorough hiring process and providing recruitment expertise in relation to sourcing strategies, interview processes and selection
- Upholding a positive and professional candidate experience at all times
About You:
- 3+ years experience within recruitment function (in-house construction preferred but not essential)
- Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues and provide influence in hiring decisions and sourcing strategHigh-level level prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to exercise initiative and discretion
