About the Role:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Collecting new employee documentation (e.g., bank details, TFN, and superannuation)
- Assisting with the onboarding process
- Posting and removing job advertisements
- Collaborating with various business units to acquire top talent
- Partnering with external recruitment agencies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting pre-employment and reference checks
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner
- Previous experience in Beauty, FMCG or Retail industry recruitment role
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
