Talent Acquisition Specialist needed for a Tech Start-up role in Sydney Your new company
A well-established and successful ICT business with significant headcount growth planned for the next two years, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a small but growing P&C team. This is a brand new position ideal for someone who is a start-up, scale-up tech expert who has built TA functions and processes from scratch in previous roles. Your new role
- You will be pivotal in the design and implementation of the company's talent strategy both in sourcing the roles as well as the attraction.
- You will have a budget and investment in your mission and be supported by a wider P&C strategy putting talent at the forefront.
- You will manage a portfolio of technical roles ranging from a software engineer and architect, through to cloud infrastructure project managers and corporate support functions.
- You will design and deliver the companywide EVP and develop their employee branding to attract the best talent
- You will play a part in the implementation of recruitment processes, training hiring managers on interviewing, skills assessment, job description and job debrief coaching
- Educating all managers on how to recruit in a best practice, more structure way for consistency and candidate experience
- You will be in a stand-alone role reporting to the HR Director, so you will be happy to work in a solo capacity.
- With the majority of growth in the IT space, you will need to be a seasoned Tech recruiter with internal recruitment experience.
- You MUST have experience in a greenfield or a start-up role previously as this is essential
- You will be hands on and be a 360 end to end recruiter and be happy to do this as part of the wider role
- You will have previous or recent experience in developing and launching an EVP and be able to apply this knowledge to this new role
- You will have the opportunity to truly shape this role and the business' talent strategy
- You will work closely with the ELT and hiring managers and be part of a close-knit and ambitious People & Culture team and their future success
- Flexible working on offer, with time spent in Sydney CBD offices and other states
- Full-time permanent opportunity with salary 120 - 140K base + super
