Our client is a progressive healthcare provider that has recently expanded its services to include a wellness centre, offering comprehensive health consultancy packages.
About the Role
Become a key member and the face of an innovative business, working in their wellness centre - a hub for holistic health and well-being. You will work front of house and assist guests by providing access to a range of professionals, giving guidance on health-related services and make a significant impact on redefining health in an inclusive setting.
Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival.
- Assisting guests in completing necessary forms.
- Ensuring guest comfort - being welcoming, offering drinks etc.
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
- Efficiently managing appointment bookings including diary adjustments.
- Overseeing clinic operations, including opening, and closing procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
- Monitoring and restocking clinic supplies.
- Sorting and managing incoming mail.
- Performing general administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
- Collaborating with and supporting internal stakeholders, professionals, and the company director as needed.
This role will evolve depending on your personal attributes and skillset. At first, each day will be completely different as the business works on creating the perfect Wellness Centre - so additional duties may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Receptionist / Concierge type role
- An outgoing nature with the ability to be warm, welcoming, and accommodating.
- An adaptable and committed view to work
- Strong administration skills
