ABOUT YOU
As a meet and greet receptionist, the successful candidate’s greatest assets will be their ability to provide friendly and personalised service to our patients and also their strong IT skills!
- You have a caring and professional approach - our team strives to make our patients feel welcome, both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Whilst you will be provided with the training you require, we are seeking someone who is committed, dedicated to professionalism and willing to learn and take ownership of their role.
- Ability to professionally handle a high-pressure situation and patient demands.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance with privacy with established workflow processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide our patients with excellent customer service on the telephone & in person
- Scheduling & management of patient bookings in Genie practice management software
- Provide information to patients on practice procedures and services
- Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Organising operating lists and liaising with hospitals and anaesthetists
- Completion of end of day reconciliations
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence electronically and in print
- Mail, filing, scanning and general office management
- Maintaining a clean and organised practice
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A genuine desire to offer the high level customer service we’re known for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong computer and IT skills to drive administrative process improvement
- Ideally you will have Genie and Tyro experience
- Flexibility to undertake additional days for planned & unplanned leaves of your receptionist team member
- Must enjoy working in a busy environment in which you can multitask
