Guest Service Agent - Hotel Front Office

We are looking for a warm, engaging and guest focused Front Office team member at Crystalbrook Vincent on Howard Smith Wharves.

Your talents will include:
This position offers a minimum of 25 hours per week but full time hours will also be available. We welcome candidates with previous hotel Guest Service experience and have a passion for interacting with people and an empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.
You will have proficient computer skills (Opera PMS preferred) and have a great eye for detail, particularly when handling guest requests and cashiering. You are familiar with Brisbane and the wider region and demonstrate a 'can-do' approach to your duties.
