We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team.
The role is a Casual Position, offering 25+ hours per week depending on the needs of the business. The position will require flexibility as it includes both day and evening shifts.
Brisbane Holiday Village operates from 7:15am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week, and the successful candidate must be available to work allotted shifts within these hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a flexible yet consistent work schedule in the vibrant hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in/out guests, processing reservations and payments
- Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Providing information about the holiday village
- Assisting guests with their requests and resolving any issues or complaints
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems - experience in residential property management and/or NewBook (Reservation Management System) is not essential but would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
