8 LIMBS is a premium, boutique class based gym that offer 3 disciplines: Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing & Circuit Training Classes
Located in the heart of Bondi Junction our busy gym attracts highly passionate and motivated clients looking to get results and train hard in a state of the art facility
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team and run the front desk
Available Hours:
Mon - Fri: 6-11am + 3:30-8:30pm
Saturday: 8am-12 midday Saturday
18-30+ hours available per week
The role includes:
- Booking members into class
- Showing new members and students around the gym
- Replying to emails
- Answering phone calls
- Processing payments
- Balancing the till
- Helping to keep the gym neat and tidy
- General Admin
- Calling existing members as part of our community nurture program
- Helping build and maintain an awesome gym culture

Experience/skills:
- Must have experience in basic admin skills
- Experience working in a gym is preferred
- Experience using Mindbody Online software is a huge bonus
