MADEC provides labour solutions for more than 15,000 harvest workers each year, by posting harvest job vacancies, screening and matching workers, and assisting employers in understanding their obligations when employing workers. We work across eleven regions along the eastern states of Australia including South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania.

You will have the ability to liaise with industry bodies and employers including labour-hire providers and contractors to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Through effective business solutions and leadership, you will: Cultivate robust relationships with Australian farmers to support industry needs; Provide effective employment solutions to seasonal labour needs within the industry legislative framework; Lead and develop a small team to deliver high quality service to drive business outcomes Generate reports to present on your team’s outcomes, and contractual achievements Contribute to an established, reputable not for profit organisation with the purpose to improve lives Desired Skills and Experience About
