About this role:
The Finance Officer is responsible for a variety of duties within financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and purchase order management. This opportunity calls for someone with strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

In this role you will:
- Setting up new creditors in our accounting system
- Purchase order process management and recording/paying supplier invoices
- Manage supplier enquiries and debt collection
- Process employee expense claims
- Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
- Invoicing different types of clients and receipting client payments
- Manage ageing debtors and creditors to ensure all invoices are received/paid within appropriate timeframes.
- Month end activities preparation including reporting, reconciliation and recording accruals or prepayments
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a finance role
- Relevant accounting, finance or related qualification
- Preferably be experienced in using Reckon
- Experience in using NetSuite, AlayaCare or similar size ERPs would be desirable
- Strong excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
