SalaryLa Cantina is an established Italian restaurant, situated in Narrabundah shops which has been opened for 15 years. We require a strong, passionate, organised & highly motivated Head Chef to work in our team.
You will:
- Have minimum cert 3 & 4 in commercial cookery
- Have minimum 3 years of experience of supervising position
- Have the skills and knowledge of Italian Cuisine
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Manage the foodproduction, starting from the preparation to the final presentation
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
