• Experienced Head Chef in a fine dining exp

• Ability to lead a team in cohesive environment 
• Team focused with demonstrated experience in building kitchen team skills and techniques. 

About the role: 

• Menu development with a focus on local produce - Modern European 
• Strong team and supplier management
• Financial and Business Acumen - budgets, COG'S
• Maintain high standard of food safety and hygiene
• Training and development

In this role you report into the Groups Executive Head Chef, You will given the opportunity to really make this role yours and will be responsible for all kitchen operations.
